My Mach-E did not charge last night!

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

I know this comment is 8-9 months after the discussion. But, I have to say that within all the other charge problem threads, this is the first I've seen any Ford representative comment and...still no full explanations, no flow charts, not if-then-else descriptions. Why can't Ford just publish some documentation explaining exactly how charging works?
WE ALL WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW THE CHARGING SYSTEM WORKS! You should not be investigating just one VIN because WE ALL WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW THE CHARGING SYSTEM WORKS. Quite possibly there are either no or very few real charging problems, but owners don't know because Ford has not provided thorough documentation. Really bogus!

Just chiming in. Have had a 2021 GT for a month with no problems. Last night it failed to charge and didn't precondition at my usual departure time. Crossing fingers that it's a one time thing.

Earlier this season I had a ski day planned, and my car didn't charge in my garage overnight. I was annoyed, but I figured out why: the cord cable thing that carries the electricity to the car was still coiled up on the garage wall, rather than having one end attached to the car in the charge port thingy. Anyway, it was a good excuse to try out the free chargers at the ski hill.
