It's a good idea to use touchless. I tried it when I returned to tell them about the incident, and I didn't know it was an option until I asked. My car was just as clean as after a wash with the brushes.I almost never use a touch carwash. I always do it by hand and frequently use touchless. We had a new place open up. They gave away free washes the first weekend. I had just gotten the white Rally model wheels. The new manager knew me and asked if he could take a picture afterward for the social media. I rolled through and noticed he didn't seem to take the picture. I got 10 mins down the street and got out the car an there was a black substance smeared all over my wheels. I ended up just doing them over by hand and thankfully they were fine. Never again though.
