Max Charge

I’m sure this is covered but I can’t find.
In FordPass I set max charge to 90% and car shows it charged to 100%.
Is car showing it’s at 100% of set limit if 90% or is it charging to 100% even though I set 90% max. I did not set a start time but just plugged in my Mach

To set a max charge limit, you need to first charge at a location, and then You can save that location with custom charging times and charge %.

In fordpass, if you go to Charge settings, then go to "preferred charge locations" and make sure your location is under saved locations. If its not there, look under previous locations. Here is where you set the options for that charging location.

No, As long as the location is right, and you have a charge limit set, it should work.

If it still is charging to 100% at that location, you may need to delete the location, Start and stop a charge at home again, and re-setup that saved location.

I found that using the car to set location and SoC was easier, then use FordPass to override in cases where I needed to charge to 100 percent.

Change it from “Charge when plugged in” to ”Use preferred charge settings“.

I concur. You should Change it from “Charge when plugged in” to ”Use preferred charge settings“. That will fix it
