Assuming you will be using the provided level 2 charger from Ford, it will only add around ~20 miles of range for each hour it is plugged in, and that's assuming you get the full 32A. Some campgrounds will provide a 240V plug but not 32A. Driving 200 miles and recharging for that range will require an approximate charge time of 10hrs. Keep that in mind when planning your route based on level 2 charging stops.
Alsmo make sure the campground is providing a NEMA 14-50 plug otherwise you'll need to get an adapter. If they provide a NEMA 14-30 plug then you know right up front you won't have the full 32A. Might suggest making sure of the connector type as well as V and A at campgrounds you plan on charging at.
