Modem failure- 22 Mach E GT

Anyone else experience complete modem failure? Dealer cannot get new modem for vehicle. Cannot update, cannot charge anywhere but home, Ford Pass app not functional and no Alexa. Cannot program car to charge at any percent- goes straight to 100

Mine died in May and was replaced shortly there after. It can communicate once again with the outside world, but now I have a bluetooth PAAK issue that is being worked on.

Did you pull the 11 and 12 fuse in the fuse box that’s under the passenger footwell? Then put them back in and that will reboot the TCU(modem), make sure car is off when you do this.

Yes. Did not work.

Dealer is not getting any response from vendor. Called Ford directly, they have open case with no response from modem vendor.

Obviously Ford can get the modems. They are putting them in new builds.

Might be worth opening a ticket with Ford BEV team, they may be able to get things moving
