My GTPE loses charge while on Level 1 EVSE

It's very noticeable in the last 2 days as we went below 25F where I am. Level 1 charging only drains battery during charge but car keep pulling power + my outlet just keep tripping very often when starting charge while it super cold out (something that never happened before)

I'm having this exact same problem on my 2022 Premium ER , AWD. I actively lose battery when plugged into L1 charging. It seems I'll have to take it to ford, but I worry they won't know how to fix it.

I got the TSB 24-2010 done at the dealer yesterday, will check if the issue persists or not and report back.
