I hope they can resolve your issue. My car was supposed to go in for service today but came out to the "stop safely now" and "full accessory power" messages along with pretty much all the other dashboard messages it can give. Waiting for Ford roadside assistance to tow it in now. What a joke. This is the last Ford product I'll ever buy.
What car manufacturer has 0 failures?

The number of these failures is unacceptable. This is by far the absolute WORST car I've ever owned and I haven't even had it a month yet. It's even worse than a 300k mile Geo Metro that I owned about 25 years ago.

My car will be 5 years old in 2 weeks. Best car I've ever owned. Experiences vary. There are a lot of things you can be annoyed about with any manufacturer, but things do break.

What numbers are those? Across all sold and how does that compare to whatever brand you are now going to buy?

Your rants suggest you’re a just a troll, but if not and you just bought the car as you claim you won’t lose much to sell it as presumably you paid market value and that hasn’t changed much in a few weeks. Alternatively, lemon law it. Easy and more productive than ranting in the forum which has overwhelmingly satisfied owners.

AAA Premium $125 per annum, 200 miles towing, one free day car rental, $150 locksmith, and $1500 for 'trip interruption' insurance. The service is generally fast, reliable and trouble free. I don't trust the Ford roadside assistance, and I've had AAA since I started driving in 1965. $10.42 a month for complete peace of mind.

Just got off the phone with advisor. Tech says it’s the 12 volt battery. I told him it was just replaced 2 months ago, he said if I emailed him receipt they could warranty replace the battery. Also said tech wants to keep it overnight to see if there’s some phantom 12 volt drain. Asked me about my dash cam, how long I’ve had it, maybe it’s draining battery. I’ve had that dashcam since June 2022, also let him know camera shuts off when car is turned off, I actually used to have a power bank to power the camera while off because it got no juice from car when off but I got rid of the power bank because it was recalled. So I guess I’ll see tomorrow what they say.

6 weeks away from my 5 year anniversary. And my experience has also been fantastic. These posts do make me a worry a bit as I draw closer to my 100,000 warranty covering the “expensive stuff.” I’m about 2yrs away.

Im dealing with the same thing but on my 2025 MACH E and got the Pull Over Safely when trying to leave work this pasts Thursday. Had it towed to the dealer and had it back by Friday evening with a new 12V battery. I'm not sure what else was done.

I was going to get groceries on Sunday and the same thing. It's now bricked in my garage with the Pull Over Safely flashing. This time I will tell them to keep it a few days and test it each day. Towing this is such a pain in the ass I will always try, if possible, to park so the front of the car is accessible to the tow truck. It's gonna be a while before I trust this car again.

I am appalled at the callousness with which Ford left this couple stranded in the middle of the night. God knows what perils they may have been exposed to. Shame on you Ford!

Ford is the manufacturer of the vehicle.
They don't have much control over the quality of service or the expertise of a tow truck company.

I chalk the poor towing experience up to the general decline in customer service across most industries these days.

As for the reliability of the Mach-E, from about the 2023 model year on, this forum reflects a VERY reliable vehicle that reflects Ford addressing the early release teething and shortcomings.

None of this is consoling, perhaps, if you are the one experiencing a frustrating situation.

Last night went to dinner for my wife’s birthday. Got back to car and it wouldn’t shift into drive. Message on dash said to pull over safely even though car was parked. Battery icon showed on dash. I assumed my 12 volt had died so called ford roadside for a jump. Jump didn’t fix the issue so had to call back for a tow. The jump cost me $96 and the tow $169 to get it to the closest Ford dealership because to get it to my local dealer would have been $450. Waited 3 hours for tow truck only for them to say they couldn’t load it because they needed a dolly since car couldn’t be put in neutral. I told Ford roadside that the car would not shift into neutral so don’t know why they wouldn’t have requested one with the right equipment. Ford roadside wanted me to pay another $169 for second tow. I disputed this as it was not my fault, had to escalate to a manager to get them to waive the fee, this really upset me. Waited another hour only for second tow truck to cancel before even arriving. We finally decided to just go home as it was already 3 am and they had no idea when tow would arrive. Paid $70.00 more for Uber. I’ve had no major issues with my car for 4 years until now. Finally got a call at 10am from tow company letting me know they had arrived to pick up car. I know dealership is closed today so not sure where they’re going to leave the car but frankly I’m so upset I don’t even care anymore.

Man, reading this hurt. First off, please wish your wife a happy birthday from me, though I am incredibly sorry the night ended this way. Being stranded until 3 a.m. is a nightmare scenario, and "upset" probably doesn't even begin to cover how you're feeling right now.
