Yeah, thanks. At least maybe we know what will happen, but I sure would like to have a responsive service dept. We had to sign 4 different contracts for the car, but otherwise purchase was fine. ?

My previous experience with service at sunnyvale (Escape Hybrid) was not great at all (4 failed attempts,) ended up at Capital where they fixed it correctly the first time.

Ugh, what a problem child this car is, yet so fun when it is running.

So sorry to hear that -- welcome to the HBVJB replacement club. P0AA2 appears to be that your contactors are stuck open. Mine were stuck closed.

I didn't have a super-terrific sales experience with Sunnyvale.

However --- Sunnyvale's service dept knew what they were doing to repair the Mach-E, and the service advisor Andersen was extremely responsive with a texting system that let us message all the time. This alone was so much better than having to call and leave voicemails for a service advisor and calls back like it was 1973.

Can confirm that the software updates included the better charging curve. Stayed at 39-40 kW at 80% at an Electrify America station this morning (usually it jumped down to 13 kW).
