Navigation crashing

Anyone else experienced this navigation keeps crashing tried the soft reset and key cycle and Ford pass costumer service is clueless
I have encountered this before, and a master reset fixed the issue. It's mildly annoying to set the profiles back up, but also gives you a chance to run through all the settings again now that you know more about the car and your preferences.

Also worth mentioning that I was able to launch navigation from other profiles, but not my own, which helped point to a master reset.

Did the master reset got back the navigation but now paak not working and plug and charge is disabled have to wait until Monday to call customer service

Had this on Sunday on my UK car. A screen reset fixed it... For now.

I had the same problem and it was cured by a master reset. I did then setup anew my profile, but I would like to duplicate my profile for my wife, hence my other topic in this forum. It would be a good feature to be able to save and reinstall a profile after a master reset.

master reset fixed the problem but there should be way to store your profile so you don’t have to start from scratch after the master reset

After the PowerUp 1.4 (uk only getting this now) this happened to me too… along with a few other bugs. I tried screen reset to no joy, but Master Reset did the trick. Not ideal, but it’s fixed… for now.

I started having this issue again and initiated a reset like before. However, I am now completely unable to set up PaaK through FordPass despite an hour on the phone with support.

I consider myself pretty tech savvy and self-reliant, so I don't make this invocation lightly, but @Ford Motor Company we started today with unusable navigation, now we have no PaaK and are down to our single fob going into a holiday weekend full of travel plans. Add that to our dealership scratching and denting the car earlier today and I'm straight up not having a good time.

EDIT: and after trying to set up my wife's phone, I'm now unable to activate the car entirely via FordPass.

EDIT2: After another master reset at the dealership and installing the PaaK SSMs, we're back.

My Navi is crashing all the time - just took it to the dealership and the didn't know what to do - so now have to wait for Ford Engineers to contact them and tell them what to do - next week.
