Based on their signature, I believe they are. We are seeing some non-EA members getting the updates though!

Yes, I am in EA. I have had Blue Cruse installed via OTA since April 10th so this appears to be an update.

I've got 2.8.2 OTA inbound right now. Just waiting for the car to start to trigger the download. I'm in EA and already had BC installed via OTA 2.5.2 and 2.5.3.

So far no non EA cars have started up the blue cruise escalator though. When we see the first person get 2.7.2, then we know the wheels are in motion.

There was a non-EA car in Canada that got a 2.6.0 OTA in this post
Is this update not one of the BC related updates? The new numbering scheme has me a bit unsure of how they associate to the previous 2.1, 2.3, 2.4 updates.

*edit* I see this wikipedia post shows the relation. Seems like 2.6 is the re-release of 2.3

Mine went from 2.5.3 to 2.8.2.

I'm not early access, but do have a First Edition. I've had the following updates over the last few days:
2.3.0 -> 2.6.0 on 5/11/2022
2.6.0 -> 2.7.1 on 5/12/2022
2.7.1 -> 2.7.2 on 5/13/2022 at 3AM during my scheduled update window.

That’s is fantastic!!!! You are the first non-ea car that I’ve seen get that update.
