PAAK for me (Iphone 13 Pro) often feels very slow, resulting in me sometimes waiting at the car door, repeatedly pushing the door button, and/or pulling my phone out and tapping things while standing at the car door. However it does eventually "work" with a high level of consistency and I don't the key fob around anymore.

Would be interested to know if this update changes/improves any behavior.

Same. I often had to use the pin to quickly unlock. Rear doors were the worst

No PAAK in UK, our insurance industry still at horse & cart stage??‍

My motor trade insurance, which I carry for moving & test driving cars I examine in course of business, won’t even accept my car on cover because it’s electric??‍??‍

And “Customer Satisfaction Program”? What utter B S! It’s putting right stuff that should be right in the first place disingenuously under this heading - all Manufacturers do it and UK’s equivalent to your far better VDO & NHTSA allow what should be dealt with as Safety Recalls actually be dealt with under this customer satisfaction deceit.

Irrespective, still loving the ‘Stang, will always love it now I just got it back from 4-day service & repairs after a teeny tiny loaner, think it’s an unconditional love kind of thing?

And NOBODY but dealer service dept drives the ‘Stang, wifey won’t even operate the key fob and I’m happy with that. I love my life?

Does anyone else's Bluetooth when connected to the phone, crackle and scramble incoming or outgoing phone calls? Then have to hang up and call back or have them call you back and the connection is just fine?

Everytime on both the car and the Lightning. Everytime.....

This "update" has inspired me! A few months ago I totally gave up on PaaK. It was failing constantly so I started carrying a fob. Which works perfectly, of course.

I am not sure when it happened, but within the last month or two PaaK stopped working altogether. I am not sure when because I have been carrying a fob. But a few times I tried to open the car without the fob and I couldn't.

Anyway, I got a new phone yesterday and today I set up Paak on it. I plan to go pure Paak from now on, but of course I am not trusting it yet. I will be stashing a foil wrapped fob in my bag:

Yes, but that is very inconvenient. Who wants to be playing around with codes when you just want to leave? I would rather carry a fob if I had to repeatedly enter the start code.

Same here! And telling people you have a faraday bag just sounds really cool, they are like ooooh, what is that??? Then you can smile and say, they are $7 on amazon.

My experience after getting this update has been that PAAK has been opening the car, but it takes 6-7 button pushes for a door to open. Also, I’ve seen the infamous “No key detected” a few times.

For the most part the “no key detected” means nothing. I think once I had to use the backup code. I do check that the backup code works after every update.

I also keep the FOB is a faraday bag just in case, I need a tow etc

works a lot better than my wife’s new X3. An Ice vehicle but their keyless entry is from hunger

Or you can just take battery out. And when you need to use fob for some reason you can put the fob in the holder in the console even without a battery in it and it should start.

My 23 just received last night as well. Perhaps this is Ford doing some cleanup work on all vehicles that are behind in an effort to get more caught up across the board?

This update for some reason overrode my preferred charge setting on Thursday evening. It charged to 100% in the morning on Friday. Not a big deal since I was leaving on a short trip. The error was temporary since on Sunday night I was back to my charge limit. ?‍?
