Non Tesla Membership

I'd avoid swastichargers if I had a choice.

I had no choice this week, as that was all I had available on my route. First time ever, v3 with 7 Tesla-only posts, and one I could pull alongside. It worked well but I rarely use a fast charger and try to avoid these.

I’m still very newish and really hate the short cable. I’ve used thr chargers just to try it with my new adapter and got one guy yelling at me saying I need to go to EA as this was for Tesla only. I’ll keep the app and adapter just in case.

actually tesla released info stating it was ok for non tesla using two spaces and it was acceptable, some owners are just dicks I guess.

I’d feel guilty personally. We should all play well together

The charger I went to had signs on seven of the chargers that said Tesla Vehicles only, although no one else was there for most of our 35-40 minutes and it wouldn't have put anyone out. But the eighth charger was clearly meant for non-T and did not have a sign. In the PlugCharge app, some of the superchargers show as Tesla only. I would not personally want to block out two spaces if I had a choice.

yes I'd think that'd be the case like could be gen 2 superchargers which aren't compatible with adapters.

Yeah there are some drivers that are dicks. I try and park at the far right charger if there’s an open space next to it or the left charger if I can park parallel to the charger

Parking as Tesla instructs on their website is playing well. I'd far right or trailer space isn't open, do,what they say.

Been discussed ad nauseum here. That is not what those signs say. They say, with a pause, TESLA. Vehicle Charging Only. Meaning, if you are not charging there, don't park there.
