OK to just unplug charge while Mach-E is charging?

What kind of charger do you have?
I’ve used the Ford mobile charger, and a Tesla adapter on my ChargePoint and both have buttons.

No nothing and when it is plugged in the car it is locked in until I push the button in the middle of the LED's, the LED's light white and You can hear the sound of the lock open and You can pull out the handle.

Vice, I'm in the same boat. The Emporia charger has no button on the handle. I've had mornings where the light ring next to the charge port are blue, and I press that disconnect button in the middle of the circle before unplugging. This morning the lights were dark (not charging I suppose). I wasn't sure if I could just unplug it or not, so I pressed the unlock button for good measure. The lights turned blue, but I was able to unplug it. I guess that was ok?

Yes that's how I do it and I have never had any problems.
