Any insight from the dealer that the rest of us can give to ours? Mine goes back in May 2.
Not really I wasn't able to talk to them for too long. My understanding is that the FDRS update solved the issue of me being stuck on sync358.

Congratulations on getting BC to work. It's hard to know overall what the success rate is for dealers on this, but it doesn't look real high.

My dealer has stopped accepting 21G01 work. They have only had one success and have really negative attitudes about EV's in general. At this point don't seem to want to succeed.

Got it back from the dealer (who also did the window recall at a body shop nearby) and everything's working as expected!

If anyone's around the area, was pretty pleased with the process at AutoNation Ford in Bellevue, WA.

So I haven't actually test driven BC yet but I was stuck on the 1.7.1 update and did the module reset TSB and then all of the updates in my garage with FDRS and a Mongoose adapter (and a HAM radio power supply @13.8V), and am now at Sync 364 with the expected options in the menus for hands free. I need to check on an air leak on my tire before I take it out, but it feels good to be updated. It took about a day and a half to get all of the updates done with a few breaks in between, but 1.7.1 was my last OTA and the last update performed by a dealer was over a year ago, so...

I also did the optional 12v battery access holes with hole plugs. I have a laser engraver so decided to see how the hole plugs would fare with some customizing and it ain't half bad. Almost makes them look legit.

UPDATE: Bluecruise works!

Details:
Job 1 (Dec 2020 build) MME Premium AWD ER (dealer demo/manequin)
Non-Early Access (waitlisted)
Updated via FDRS 3.1.67 with a Mongoose adapter and 13.8V 30A power supply.
BC not listed in Connected Services anymore (as soon as I finished installing updates I checked and it was no longer there but had been before), but confirmed working.

Can I ask how you cut the holes in the plastic? Did you use a hole saw with arbor? I bought that to use but didnt start the project yet.

Yep, cheap amazon 2" hole saw w/arbor, and I looked at how a bunch of people on here had done it to decide where I wanted my hole centers to be. My positive is a little off to the side of the hole but still totally reachable. If I was doing it again I might go with a 2.5" hole because the 2" is a little tight for getting my sausage fingers in there, but maybe that's a good thing.

I cut the hole part way and then reversed the drill and slowly went the rest of the way, this kind of grinds through the remaining but and will keep the teeth from binding on something and twisting the drill away.

Well, this is now becoming an obsession for me, and a refusal to admit defeat on principle. After rereading this thread (and the ECU programming thread on the F150 forums) I bought yet another FDRS license.

At the very least, the GWM and TCU appear to be fully updated based on version numbers posted here previously. I tried to do the PMI operation on the IPC since that appears to be a version or two behind, but I got this error several times:

Ford Mustang Mach-E Optional Product Improvement Program 21G01 - BlueCruise Programming PXL_20220427_012243141

I can't find anything explaining this. There is some fellow on the F150 forum thread who had an identical error, but he just had to wait a few days apparently? The original set of updates was with 31.6.5 (before .7 was released) and it stuck around after I finished the first one. I couldn't tell if it was a new update or stuck old one, so I repeated it and despite a code brown moment (laptop crashed) I could still configure it and got no error codes after performing a network scan.

I just uninstalled (and reinstalled) 31.6.7, but it's too late for me to run out and try again. Anyone have any ideas?

No luck from my dealer. Car has been there two days and am no closer to BC. They have some strange excuses - "maybe because the hood was open"... and others.

Well the hood has to be open to do the updates since they are required to hook up the 12v to power. Make sure they know that.

Remind them they’ll have to get you a new battery if they damage it by draining it
I have been watching the Volts on the app. It has not gone below 13. They are just clueless I think. They had a good install of BC on a 150 but this is their first MME. I was not expecting much.
