I don't see bluecruise as an option in early access.
The Early Access Program is to get early access to new features in general... it's not specific to BlueCruise.

For example, in addition to BlueCruise, I was invited to Early Access for a new feature of the Ford Connected Charge Station. That feature auto-locks/unlocks the station by recognizing which car plugged-in. It auto unlocks if it is your car ... but not if if it's a different car (pretty cool).

If I follow this post correctly, any of us with cars built after July 7, 2021 are just out of luck on many of the features on versions 1.4.0-2.4.5 for the foreseeable future?

I tried the Ford Chat to try to determine problems with gaining OTA updates. After a protracted time of fifteen minutes checking her resources, April gave me the number of the Ford OTA specialists. (833)926-3233

I contacted the OTA specialist at the number that April gave me. I spoke with a representative named Meegan who was totally unable to answer any of my questions which were;

How are the OTA updates numbered? On Mach E forums, customers post pictures of their screens showing updates that were successful and numbered in the following manner 1.7.1, 2.3.0,2.4.1 etc. all the way to the newest 2.5. I never cussed, yelled, threatened but did ask specific questions which she kept saying she didn’t know or would have to check her resources. She then magickly disconnected.

My second try was with a representative named Bridgett who disconnected after about five minutes when she said that she was unable to answer my questions. She did inform me upon my inquiry that her company was a call center contracted by FMC and not actual FMC employees. It is more than apparent that they are not adequately trained.

Being a glutton for punishment, I finally reached a representative named Moira who was able to tell me that FMC is rolling out updates in batches of vin numbers. My car was built July 22, 2021 and the only OTA update I have received on February 21, 2022 is a Blue Cruise map update. Like everyone, I would like to have all the new features including full screen car play, faster charging after 80%, even the scheduling abilities and games. Anybody with good answers I will highly recommend for a job at the Ford OTA specialist center. ? Or for that matter as the service managers at both of my local Ford dealers who have no clue, but tell me they are reaching out to Ford engineers.

No full screen for me, no puzzles other than did Ford really think this through?

Lol imagine complaining after only waiting a month. Most people here have been waiting a year for BC and still no frunk button. Your turn will come!

I’m obsessively checking the forum to see when one of you guys get 2.5.2 ?
And obsessively checking Marlin for signs 2.4.2 is back on track.

I was curious when we heard that it was going to be 5 updates to BlueCruise. I wondered if they would get the Early Access folks all the way there, and then start the masses, or if they would mix them in a little. I am not surprised at the result though. It should start happening for the rest of the Job 1 cars pretty soon I would think.

Early access here, been in it for months and approaching one year with the car. Near as I can tell early access has been useless other than getting a couple of opinion polls.

I belong to early access and ended up getting 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 using FDRS. Power-Up 2.4.3 failed last week likely due to the modules already being up-to-date. Power-Up 2.5.1 was successful today. One interesting addition is vehicleInhibitStatus is no longer null.

That's probably set so that FordPass and the Ford web site can let you know.
