How do you check the 12v battery on their website? I don’t see anything on the vehicle dashboard

Explain it to me like I’m a 5 year old.

You might have to pull the top frunk panel and take a look at the battery label. The original battery will say FoMoCo with a black-and-white label. The replacement battery will say Motorcraft Extra with an orange label.
i was driving for a bit and now i am charging at the fast charger and its 61% now. I guess it needs time to go to 90. But thats weird because when they put new battery it should be at 100.

It is the first view after I log in. Whatever....

When I was concerned about 12V battery, I bought ODBII and now I monitor it directly in Car Scanner.

P.S. 12V SOC (maybe) is here - https://www.ford.com/myaccount/account-dashboard Thanks, @Mach-Lee, for putting in your thread!
Thanks.
I see this. I’m thinking that’s my HVB state.
What’s interesting is that when I click Health Report, it says car not found.

New battery is not 100% when installed.

The 93% shown immediately above is actually the 12V battery level. Ford's been doing this for at least a few months. It's odd and who knows if it's intended. It's certainly confusing.

As an example, my MME's LVB is currently only 57% :

Meanwhile the HVB is 89% SoC:

(I also am seeing car not found when I click on the health report. A server must be down.)

It is my understanding the OTAs having varying requirements regarding the SoC of the 12V battery. Some OTAs are small and quick, so they use less power than others that take longer (in some cases much longer). The big ones are the ones that need the most power. But in general I'd say that 57% is pretty low for receiving OTAs. The best way to charge your 12V battery is to slowly charge your high voltage battery. This is because the 12V battery doesn't charge very quickly. If you only fast charge your HVB, your 12V battery may not get enough charge unless you go on long drives...

I have the car from 08/2022 and only fast charge once a week no issues before ota 6.4

Needed the same.... ;-)
Sign on to Ford.com and go to your Account (not the dashboard). The first screen looks like this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E OTA updates issue 1706629778244

The Charge Level is actually the 12v SOC on this screen.

I had to get my 12V up to at least 80% for the last update. It couldn't install for almost a week because of the cold temps here and I don't drive long distances usually so the 12V never really gets a long charge session. The 12V was bouncing around mid 50% to 70% charge. Yesterday was above freezing into the night so I drove it as much as I could and then L2 charged it from about 40% up to 90%. It ended charging around 9:30pm and the 12V was over 80%. Overnight update was successful!

For me, yes. New battery and several hours of driving last night with a full overnight top up so the 12v SOC is right at the top - I never see it at 100% but there it is .

This is my Lightning. I have both on my dashboard but I cannot see the 12v SOC on my MME. It seems to take the last one you added to the account on the account screen and only shows that one for 12v SOC.

If you can, I recommend that you run your HVB down to around 20-30% and then go to a level 2 charger and charge all day. If you do that your 12V battery soups be fully charged.

Or you could reset your BMS as Lee recommended.

How does it know my tires are "Good"? Must just be reading the odometer and assuming I haven't changed the tires yet?
