Outside rear side triangle window trim

Trim piece fell off. Looks like it sticks on witg adhesive pads. Cant buy this trim piece need to buy window assembly $1000.

Any ideas?

Can you clean it up to remove old adhesive and put it back with new adhesive?

I can't believe that piece isn't sold separately but I tracked it down on Fords official parts website and you are correct it's only sold with the rear quarter window for around $1000.......crazy.

Anyway, probably not the solution you want but I tracked several down on car-part.com which is an online salvage yard search engine. Looks like there are several rear quarter panel windows on there for around $100-200 plus shipping. The pics show the trim piece is included with the window.

Since it's salvage yards you might be able to contact them directly and negotiate a lower price.

Yeah their website isn't very user friendly. Here's what I did. I used the location from your bio and then plugged in the zip code for Newbury Park CA and here are the results for your area. Some of the places are far away from you but offer shipping.

If it just flew off, definitely try warranty first. Pieces shouldn’t just fall off.

Try a junk yard from a junker.

This part probably did not fall off. When I took delivery of my mach e, that exact piece was missing. Stop by the dealership around Christmas and he claims to have ordered the part. Maybe others have discovered it or haven't noticed it.
