So are you just turning on your car and letting it sit at your house? How long until it started to download?
Saw it was downloading when I parked - checked the router, turned off and went upstairs and it saw that it kept downloading. I don’t think the car is ever “off”.

I got 6.4.0 this morning on my 2022 Select Standard Range. The message says that it installed correctly but when I turned on the car I noticed that the radio station came up as some none existent AM station. That used to happen but Ford had a fix for it and it hasn't happened in a while.

I set my normal station and drove away after selecting Navigation from the Aps. I only drove 1 mile before parking to go into the store. When I came out I noticed that the display came up on the radio settings screen. I when back in and selected Navigation but noticed it wasn't loading and eventually the screen went back to the radio set screen.

When I got back home I tried going into navigation again and got a message saying "Navigation failed take to Dealer". Ford really needs to get there act together on these updates, it is really annoying to have to go back and re-do settings just because Ford did an update. Mechanically the car has been great.

Well I had just gotten 5.1.1. last Friday....this was about 3 week after I got 4.26.

Today I got another notification....just got upgraded to 6.1.0. Now I'm only 3 updates behind......better but still not great.

So, after letting the car sit for the rest of the day I drove the car yesterday evening. When I turned on the car the car came up on the Radio settings screen since that was the screen it was on when I shut the car down earlier in the day. I decided to try the navigation again and this time it started right up. On the way back home I started up the car and once again the navigation started right away. I'm guessing that there was probably another part of 6.4.0 that downloaded and installed some time while the car was sitting in the garage. I'm just going to monitor it for now as there would be no point in taking it to the dealer if the issue does not show up.

On the bright side I now have the Charging Ap on the car. I rarely use public charging but next time I do I will give it a shot and see how it works.

Did they stop pushing this update?
For the third time, yes.

We haven't seen any new movement on these. However, we did see some folks start to receive 6.6.0.

I seem to be on the exact same timeline. 5.1.1 on 27 Oct, 6.1 on 31 Oct.

I laugh because I got a letter from Ford this week explaining one of the current issues and that updates will remedy the situation. It tells you ALL about how to get updates......yet they are their own bottleneck AND their own biggest risk.

No, we wait until the other ones start up again
It is my understanding that sometimes order matters for Powerups but sometimes it does not.

In the current series 6.1.0 has to come before 6.2.0 and that has to come before 6.3.0.

But I think 6.4.0 and 6.6.0 could techincally come whenever, even before 6.1.0.

Keep me posted if you get another update. I keep checking but nothing since Oct 31st, even though they just released 6.6.0. ?‍♂

Just remember y'all, one update unlocks the next so if you're on 6.1, you need 6.2 before 6.3, and 6.4 ect. If you're on 6.4 right now 6.6.0 will be the next after it.

Weird thing, I was on 6.4 since october 23rd, regularly looking looking for new updates. On november 15 it did reinstall 6.2 and i am now back to that version. Anyone else experienced that?

You are not back to that version. That is just the last installed powerup.

The modules updated by 6.1, 6.3, 6.4, and 6.6 had it been installed for you are still updated.

The modules updated by the 6.x series of power ups have been:

GWM - 6.1.0
APIM - 6.2.0
TCU - 6.3.0
SCCM - 6.4.0
PCM - 6.6.0
ABS - 6.6.0
BECM - 6.6.0
SOBDM - 6.6.0
SOBDMC - 6.6.0
SOXXXXX - 6.6.0 - AWD cars only, I am RWD so I don't know the name of the module.

And then the re-released 6.2.0 updated the APIM again.

6.2.0 being reapplied did not remove the updates applied by any of the earlier applied 6.x updates.
