I would expect the charge curve update to come out after the Job1 BlueCruise updates happen. My guess will be May at the earliest.

Mine was built in early December 21.

Yours is definitely a Job 2 car. The cutoff was sometime in June/July 2021 I believe.

I’m assuming Job 1.5 vehicles will be included in that as well.

If yours didn't come with BC activated I'd expect you to get the OTA's with job 1 cars. Your car should show in Ford's system as not having it and get the updates when they go out to everyone.
