BC 1.2 - Adds lane changes and moving over in the lane for large trucks
BC 1.3 - Slows down a bit for aggressive corners, rather than asking for hands on around said corners

My experience of the "Slows down a bit" was a shock. The speed limit sign in the area was 65, I had the cruise set to 70, as the car approached a wide turn. The car started to decrease speed from 70 to 50 in just a couple of seconds. The turn was a wide turn, I did not see the need to decrease to that slow speed or that fast of a change. Good thing I had my hands on the wheel and no cars behind me.

I didn't think so. My GT is a 6/30/2023 build car. I didn't think the BC 1.3 was rolling out on new builds till after 6/30/2023. But every time I come to a curve, my car slows down just before I hit the turn and sometimes the speed reduction is about 5 miles per hour, but the other day it surprised me at 20 miles per hour reduction.

(No other cars in sight, not hands-free mode, using hands-on mode. I have not been to any divided highway since I noticed this happening.)

Not entirely.

The Priority Updates (start with 2x-PU...) can come in any order. In fact, we have received some 2023 updates before some 2022 updates.

The numbered PowerUps have mostly come in numerical order. Some have come out of sequence or been re-applied.

The complex PowerUps required for things like when BlueCruise came to early buyers have arrived in sequential order and this may be necessary. Sometimes these jump a bit, though. The Early Access Program folks received one series and then the rest of the owners received a later series. Even EAP folks received the final "mop-up" PowerUp from the later series.

I expect the 5.x PowerUps will be pretty much linear as BC1.3 is likely to require multiple steps like the original roll out of BC to early buyers did.

That was a BC 1.2 feature as well.

Yeah, that's definitely a BlueCruise 1.2 feature, though usually it's a smaller speed decrease for me as well. This is one point where the Toyota bZ4X was slightly better. It handled curves seamlessly on ACC and lane centering, while the MME seems a bit more timid, like it's nervous about taking the curve. It isn't generally bad, just very noticeable.
