Now I have a VIN from my dealer, but no build date. It's still just showing as ordered, but not scheduled in the Vehicle Order Tracking System...guess we'll see if that changes over the next few days! Here's to hoping for a December delivery.

EDIT: I was a half hour early - Week of November 30 Build Date!

Looking to me like those of us in Michigan and Wisconsin (and some other non-coastal states) got the short end of the scheduling stick. Well, we can look forward to reports from our California members a month before our cars start appearing.

So I’m confused as all hell. I received the email confirmation my “Premium” will be built week of 14 Dec (reserved 19 Nov, number 13,432, ordered first day possible). However, I was supposed to be part of the Mach Drop program, so I should have a First Edition, not a Premium. UGGHHHH

I got mine too! I ordered an AWD Standard Range Premium the morning after reservations opened up!

"We are excited to let you know your 2021 Mustang Mach-E Premium has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of November 23 2020."

It’s just baffling, so there are people that ordered an extended range first edition the night of the reveal before you, and you’re still somehow getting yours built before them

I haven’t heard anything yet. I placed a reservation in April for a Premium Extended Range. I’m in Pembroke Pines.

I sense that production is not scheduled sequentially accordingly to the order number.
for what's worth, I have order number #7985 placed on 11/17. Premium RWD SR. Converted to order on 7/31. Received production date of 12/21.

And I have res#5541 placed during the reveal on 11/17. It a First Edition and I have 12/14.

They didn't follow the numbers or timestamps at all.

Well, build date isn't the same thing as delivery date. It's entirely possible they are staging them on the coasts first and then releasing them for sale as the shipments up the center of the country start happening. Or, they're concentrating on the regions with the highest volume first? Cali, then east coast, and finally the rest of the country. Or a combination of both ?‍

I am in California and reserved during the reveal, and I have been given a build date of December 21, too, so it doesn't appear that California has been given priority.
