A new FordAuthority article on the 2023 Lightning's upcoming Sync 4A refresh had an interesting little tidbit:
"For 2023, the Sync 4A system present in select F-150 Lightning models will look and feel a bit different than its predecessor courtesy of a new layout that was revised using customer feedback. This new system features enhancements including a new camera icon at the top of the 15.5-inch infotainment screen, improved scheduling for Ford Power-Up in-vehicle software updates, consolidated vehicle settings into a single menu for easier access, larger app icons, new icons for the status bar, and the ability to adjust fan, temperature, and heated seat settings via the audio volume knob."
