No I own an IT company and cyber power has been great to deal with. Eaton failures were too high and Apc sucks since Schneider electric ruined them. These run a modern computer about 250-300min.

I use to think UPS was GRUMPY GUY IN A BROWN UNIFORM TROWING BOXES AT THE HOUSE...and now, APC is good for bulging batteries, Lenel may last, LIBERT attracts dust clouds and rats...Emerson has cool graphics....
