Rear Hatch Will Not Open Completely

I always hear that job 1 or job 2I have no idea what job I have or how to even find that, I’m just now realizing who BEV group is lol
All I know is both buttons work. And after everything I’m reading I’m not really looking forward to updates which I have not been getting since I pretty much had the car. I think I’ve had one update. I don’t know.

2023 Job 1 was built before July 2023
2023 Job 2 was built after July 2023. *might have the cut off date wrong*

In between the Mexico factory was closed for a week or three while they changed there builds. Not sure of all the changes, but Job 2 now only come with 3 months of BlueCruise instead of 3 years, and the charger is $500 extra. Job 2s received an equivalent MSRP cut of ~$3,000 to account for those optional add-ons. Job 2s also have the new battery chemistry for standard range models. Job 1 came with BlueCruise 1.2, while Job 2 has BC 1.3. Job 2 also has a more efficient cabin heater or something like that. And apparently Job 2 also had one of the hatch buttons removed and a slightly different front trunk look...

Well, I guess I’m job one because mine was manufactured 5/23. I got the three years of blue Cruise so I guess I got the button.
