Hi, you know that little piece of plastic that’s sort of like a mud flap in front of the rear tires? My left one snapped in half (cold and/or poorly plowed streets probably did it in I guess), anyone know the correct part number/order page?

I love the fact that MSRP is higher than what they were going to charge me to order it online...that's classic Ford!

Oh maybe that's with tax included... ?‍♂ oops

What about the approx $13 for shipping? Cheaper to buy locally. Maybe warranty?

It's held on by a little 7mm hex head self tapping screw on the outside, and a plastic pop retainer on the inside. We have lots of small branches in the rural area I live in and I've replaced the plastic pop retainers on both sides multiple times cause they break when a branch (literally twigs) hits it. The 7mm screw keeps the thing attached to the car and I sometimes hear it drag a bit so I know to get another pop retainer out of the glove box and replace it.

?

That price was quoted as a pickup from my dealer's parts desk.

That pop retainer comes loose constantly! Very annoying

Oh! I know this one!

That 10/26/2020 is the effectivity date...still current and has not been superseded.
Mine recently broke too. Good timing! If not covered by warranty, at least it’s inexpensive.

Any particular pop retainer you use? I just noticed mine was hanging, held on by the screw.

I broke one of those last Winter in New England, thanks to the snow & ice ridges built up on smaller roads. It broke in half just like yours.

They are cheap to buy and easy to replace.

They are important overall for smoothing the airflow as it encounters the non-aerodynamic tire face.

I used a zip tie to secure it back to the vehicle. Almost a year ago!

Are these not covered under warranty?
