Recall compensation preferences survey

Just got a survey with this title from EAP. Seems like they're considering some type of compensation. I was part of the Bolt recall and ours seems minor compared to that but an extended battery warranty would be my preference.

I got it too, the options seemed a bit redundant but I chose dent and windshield replacement as the top one. I doubt they would extend the battery warranty just for completing a recall.

Ya that was the best of the bunch but not something I would actually care for so I filled out a battery warranty extension as my "other."

Yeah and the survey is broken. Try selecting "I'm not interested" on the first step and watch it boink.

It says if you aren't interested in any, move that answer to the top. I ranked them all so I didn't try that though.

Thought the same, you have to include all of them in your order to move on.

The problem with any survey is that it cannot take into account all scenarios.

I was successful in picking I'm not interested as the first answer. You have to rank all of them.

This was one of the best surveys I've seen in a long time. All those categories, rank the options, THEN rank the categories. Very smart.

I put "not interested" in the middle sometimes where the other choices have ZERO interest.

My friend brought their Expedition in for a recall and they got a $500 gift card, so Ford may be looking to formally roll out a program. And yes just did this same survey.

I completed the survey on my laptop using Safari and the Close Survey button does does nothing, and neither does the little X in the upper right corner. I think I recall that previous surveys ended the same, so

Basically: windshield repair and replacement for a year, wheel care for a year, paint protection package, windshield and dent repair for a year and I think just dents for a year.

Then it asked what car services you'd like as compensation: BC for a year, Sirius XM for a year, in car WiFi.

Other compensation: EV charging credits, hotel gift card, tech gift card, restaurant gift card.

Accessories compensation: floor mats, full interior and exterior detail, work on dents to blend/get rid of them (something weird like that ), car wash sub for 1 year.

That's off memory, I think I'm missing one or two from each category, but that's the gist of it. Then it asks you to rank all the categories. Each one also asks if you'd add anything else.
