Refresh95...Umm, say what now?

My 2013 F-150 has no cabin filter. While clearly they have some benefit, IMO changing to this Refresh filter offers several benefits:

- Plays to the consumers need to buy the latest "thing", even when they know nothing about it.
- Increase Ford Parts revenue, and dealer profit.

Make sure you don't open your window and breathe in all that crappy fresh air!

Kinda like getting "fresh" water. That's billions of years old. And why 95? Refresh23 makes more sense with it just recycling old crap and calling it new.

I've not been able to buy a refresh95, either. Has anyone verified that the newly-shipped cars actually have these?

When I last brought my '21 in for scheduled service at the dealer, the invoice said that a new cabin filter was indicated, but that the customer had declined. I asked about this untruth and was told that there were none (refresh95 or otherwise) available. Now I buy filters from Amazon.

The Ford site stated they are available on the Mach E since 2021? These might be the OEM filters installed already?

I just checked my window sticker and it failed to say Refresh95 lol

It filters 95% of 2.5 micron particles. That’s the usual standard (see N95 masks, etc)
