Assuming you have PaaK setup, close app and restart it while standing next to car.

Did you scroll down to settings in the Ford app and delete your phone then follow instructions to get another digital key. You will need your fob to set it up.

Obviously, you should double check to make sure your bluetooth didn't get switched off on the phone... But I'm guessing you've done that.
