A couple more thoughts to try:

Have you tried "turning it of and on again?" LOL really have you tried switching off the "Charge Scheduling" setting on the dash, give it a few minutes to sync up and then turning that back on.

Also as a last resort try rebooting the display (I don't think that would make a difference as its rebooting a different module than the one that is doing the scheduling but its worth a try). There was a magic key press like hold volume up and next song for 10 seconds (it might be vol down..not sure).

I have seen 2 new clients on my network mdm9650-tcu constant and SYNC intermittent. Wonder if sync only comes online to check for updates? Is sync constant for someone? Both have one of the mac address given in the general settings.

100% not during scheduled. Not sure as setting it up is pretty simple. Do you need to set up departure times or did someone skip that and it is working for them? I have one charge time 10 pm to 10 am (default was 2 and one deleted). Reset once (not deleting from saved again). The coordinates where bang on but then it started bouncing around for a house number, across the street then settled again for the next door neighbors which is over two football fields away (800' +/-). Have no idea what my problem is but with the response not common yet. Left with driving away and repeat the cycle. See what my dealer comes up with. This is the only thing not working and I am happy with our purchase to date. Would like to schedule off peak for the next few years.

So what did you set for scheduled? I only charge to 90% no matter what unless I am planning a full day trip etc. The manual calls this out as well.

Yeah I've seen the drive conditioning; especially when I have it parked outside. My guess that is the display indicating that its heating the battery a bit in cold weather.

Thanks your thoughts are appreciated. I thought when I saw it displayed on the dash yesterday that it was going to work?

I will toggle it off and on from the screen (inside) and see.

The ctrl alt delete key sequence is in the manual? Most likely here just need to look.

Problem is you need to drain the battery to re-test it. It is snow for the next few days so that is snowshoes and keep it off the road until they dry up again. Got it dirty yesterday on snow pack. The traction and tracking is the best I have every driven by far. All on all season tires. ?

Do you have the same two new clients on your network? Is sync constant?

Yes that is reassuring and why i liked it popping up. Started it yesterday mourning from the app and darn that is loud. It sat for a day and was -18F overnight. Did not sound healthy loud grinding plastic fan noise almost (got me outside but let it go). I am not too sure what it should sound like.

I haven't looked at the network client list to see--good question.

I did notice something this morning, however: I have my car set to charge to 90% with the times given.

In the morning the notification I get from Ford Pass is that my charge is 100% complete. This sort of makes sense in that my charge is 100% complete even though I only asked for 90% but it can be very confusing messaging. They really should say "Charge complete" and leave out the percantage (yes may car is sitting at 90% state of charge this morning).

Yup confusing, had got me a few times at first. Thought it was ignoring my request to charge to 90%.

It is at 100% in the vehicle. There is no use preferred settings on the sync screen under charging only in ford pass. Sync has 297 address and my phone 316 address they are at least a 1 km apart?

Not my main problem now stop safety now displayed on dash and will no longer go into gear. Service vehicle soon, no heat but fan, no heated seats, no heated steering wheel, awd off displayed, pre-collision assistant not available. Can not put it in gear it will not go too far on its own. Wonder if this is part of the recall worked well yesterday today no go.

This really sounds like your 12V battery died...

Yep. The "Hill start assist" error message is one that appears in my Escape when the 12V battery gets too low. (Along with a bunch of other false errors that were really just a result of low battery power confusing the system.)

Weird that that message is even inside the MME programming, as it doesn't even apply to BEVs.

My Explorer spit out a bunch of random errors when its battery started getting weak.
