That is what I thought rip it apart to get at the 12v :(. Going to be hard for me to jump on board with that on a vehicle that is less than a week old and under warranty.
Yeah, I wouldn't do it unless you're really just stuck. (Or adventurous.) Especially under warranty. Clearly something is wrong that needs service anyway.

Here's the connection spots if you ever did need to try and trickle charge the 12V battery yourself...

A couple more thoughts to try:

Have you tried "turning it of and on again?" LOL really have you tried switching off the "Charge Scheduling" setting on the dash, give it a few minutes to sync up and then turning that back on.

Also as a last resort try rebooting the display (I don't think that would make a difference as its rebooting a different module than the one that is doing the scheduling but its worth a try). There was a magic key press like hold volume up and next song for 10 seconds (it might be vol down..not sure).
I stand corrected. It depends on if plugged in or not.

I toggled it thanks now I need to drive it to charge it again.

I just had a problem with a really low 12v battery as well. Fortunately it happened at home so I trickle charged the battery and all was fine. I followed up with an 80 mile jaunt and dropped my Mach E of at the dealer for service.

I just had a problem with a really low 12v battery as well. Fortunately it happened at home so I trickle charged the battery and all was fine. I followed up with an 80 mile jaunt and dropped my Mach E of at the dealer for service.
How would we have low 12v batteries unless they are not getting charged (managed)? They are brand new. They are fun have 375 miles on it got it late Tuesday ;). Hoping this recall fixes a few problems. What software version are you running?

Like to think I am still adventurous and fortunately less rushed and with same patience's. Guess they pop out with a standard? I definitely have a agm battery charger for the dump trailer and now you told me I guess I can't let them drive a flatbed out here for nothing. Pretty simple to charge a 12 v you would think? maybe not ;)

Many 12v batteries in new vehicles are flat in the first week. Not all the time but also not all that rare.

Doubting this is the problem. My guess is that the temperature has inhibited the chemical reaction and dropped the voltage the 12v can deliver. In this case when the temps rise the battery will be just fine. Cold temps don't hurt the battery. They do, however, reduce their output. If this is the case then when you take it to the dealer the battery will warm up and check out A-OK.

I definitely have a agm battery charger for the dump trailer and now you told me I guess I can't let them drive a flatbed out here for nothing. Pretty simple to charge a 12 v you would think? maybe not ;)
I don't understand why they didn't make it considerably easier to access the 12v.

In thinking about it, another possibility is that the battery just sat for a long time, ran down, and then the cold temperatures just dropped the output below a threshold. Note that starting the MME wouldn't take many watts. Maybe 100? It's not as if you need to crank the engine. You just need the computer to power up.

There was no indication of power shortage on the displays it had enough juice to drive them. Not sure if AGM is installed like noted earlier but AGM have the crank to start a diesel after plugged in no problem in -35c. Seen the diesel gel it is so cold but the AGM was still cranking no probs. They hold their charge almost like lithium. It is not being charged right? I am thinking I have been better because it is moving? Will drive again tomorrow maybe has anyone's die on the road. May beat popping the new lid.

All well this morning the lights came on at around 6 AM maybe something from the clouds (not an update)? We got to see the puddle light :D. Remote started, opened with phone and started up no problems this morning. All running perfect and normal. I have this now which looks promising as it always said 100% before. Need to deplete below 90 to see if working but it will come. Do not delete from saved locations!

These screens all point to low LVB voltage.
Not much we could have done to help. If I could of got it to only charge to 80% I would have had a bit more wiggle room being able to charge it. Eventually I would not have driven it enough and would have it up to 100% in bits. Snow squalls here today. Sky is not falling and not close to giving up on this vehicle yet (you have driven it). Power drains happen and can be fixed. It has gas? It has Spark? It should go? ?

Does anyone carry a battery jump starter box with them? If so what's a good one to buy for the Mach E? Any links to Amazon would be helpful. Thanks

Vehicle will not go into gear with melt down messages posted above continues. Yesterday the tech from my dealer came out and popped the panels on the frunck to access the 12V. He put his jump box on it and got the same numerous messages and no go. Left it and sent a flat bed this morning with the dealers tech shortly behind. He had the paper for emergency tow mode and since I look it up also I guided him thought the menus of the new OS. The setting vehicle menu would not load (monitor went black once rebooted with power button cycle and volume right arrow not required). Got an electric heater out of the house to try to heat up the monitor/cabin. Finally hooked the flat bed 12v to the vehicle and they told me they got to the screen (it rolled up the bed not dragged). It completely die around 5 PM last night last update on app. This morning 4 red squares on the charger port lights. -19 F here this morning on the outside thermometer.

Dealer has been great out same day as reported and flatbed the next ?. Here is my current status
