I seriously doubt anything you stick on your rims will protect them from curb rash.

Ya... I don't think much is going to protect the rim if you smash them against a curb..

One thing I did wish the MME would have, and really no excuse for it not too, are the mirrors that aim down when you put the car in reverse. Maybe the primum has it, I know the Route 1 doesn't?? Best thing you can do is be careful and watch the camera(s).

The Premium doesn’t have tilt down mirrors. Maybe a sensor in the center hubs would work.

When I manually parallel park, or pull into a space with a curb, I adjust my mirrors down to see. Takes 10 seconds.

Actually, it appears that my Premium does have this feature, albeit disabled. I was mousing through the APIM settings via Forscan, and found it listed, set to DISABLED, in the drop-down menu for APIM features. I of course ENABLEd it and have been playing with it today. The SETTINGS / VEHICLE / MIRRORS now shows the feature. They DO tilt down when the setting is enabled, but then both turn full RIGHT (driver's side turns IN, passenger side turns OUT).

This feature was tricky to set correctly over on our (my old) Fusions forum as well. Still trying to dial it in... anyone else have any pointers? Appreciate them in advance!

Damn $90, I need to start selling rim stickers lmao. If you search motorcycle rim tape it’ll cost you like $10 instead lol.
does anyone really think a sticker will hold up to a curb? Based on the “before and after” picture it’s meant to cover up curb rash instead. That I would believe.

Yes the Premium does have tilt-down mirrors. You have to turn this feature on with Forscan. I did.

Of course. 1st question: do you have Forscan and a good OBDII connector?

If both answers are "yes" then scan the IPC with Forscan, go into the IPC menus, and select "Tilt Mirrors ENABLED".

I hope this helps.
