Just got the car back last week after the dealer had it for a month replacing the HVJB and now it's giving me the warning lights again and having to be towed to the dealer.

I'm in the airport garage this time but at least the car will start and can be put in neutral which was an issue last time.

Dealer is aware and holding a loaner car for me.

Not what I needed to arrive back to after a 4 hour flight and week of meetings. Just wanted to get home, pet the dog and go to bed.

I'm thinking this time I need to see if they want to make me a deal on a replacement.

Update: Dealership did the diagnostic first thing this morning and said it's the Fuse Junction Box this time and they have already ordered a new one. Confirmed that the 12 Volt was replaced last month as part of the whole other set of battery issues. This dealership could not be more helpful and cooperative but still a pain in the butt.

The symptoms you describe could have a few causes, but one cause could be a low or dead 12V battery. The 12V battery often fails after 3 years, and you have a 2021 MME.
Also, many people on this forum who leased or bought 2021 MMEs have traded in their previous car and gotten a new 2024 model because the deals on buying or leasing a 2024 model year were so good, and the improvements worth it. I have not heard what deals are available for a 2025 model. So you should definitely check out what deals are available now.
