Hey @Ford Motor Company
My Mach E is at my dealer (I've seen it and taken it for a drive). I'm going in a couple days for the paperwork.
I'd like to use the ford.com order tracking's "complete order" process to take care of as much as possible ahead of time (I despise sitting at the dealership). I can put my x-plan pin in and get to my checkout page.
I'm running into two main obstacles.
1) Under payment options, I click on the button for "ford credit". I then get an error page. It doesn't even get to a page asking if I want Financing or Ford Options and definitely not to a page asking for how many months and miles.
2) I put my trade-in info, it finds my car, I select all the options on it, then I get an error when I submit it ("see your appraisal" button) saying:
Any tips?

We can’t provide an appraisal at this time because your vehicle is valued at less than $2,500, older than model year 2006, or rare/exotic (including newer, low-production vehicles with minimal sales data). But don’t worry — you can still add the vehicle details to your cart and bring it to your dealer for an in-person evaluation.
I have a 2016 RAV4, one of the most popular vehicles in the US. None of those reason apply. I think the web site is just broken.Any tips?
