Yup.My windshield has a high amount of pitting as well. All relatively clean highway driving. I"m at 30,000 miles. I've never had another vehicle with this type of light pitting. This is the time of the year with the low sun it really is annoying.
But some people here will still somehow think that it’s more likely that your driving habits somehow changed with this car or there are more rocks on the road.
Isn’t it at least someone reasonable to believe that our windshields are more prone to damage?
I would guess the coatings, noise reduction, UV blocking and having to have cameras behind the windshield resulted in a reduction in durability.
Big rock? Bad luck.
Small rocks breaking the windows and tons of scratches make me question the durability.
