Can we set a % charge limit so that charging stops at, for instance, 90%? I’ve been unable to find it in the settings and the FordPass app. I’m sure there must be a way, right? Thanks in advance.

Yeah. You go to "Charge Times" in the app and then you have to have a "home" location set. After that, you can tell it to charge to 90% when at home.

Thank you! Super helpful.

You can set it in the car too. After charging at least once (from another thread, I cannot find the link now), under charging, just set a charge location profile, and there too you can set charge %.

I got tripped up on this because in the app, I would set it to 80% and then because of the screen size and how much useless white space there is in FordPass, the "Save" button or whatever would be off screen, with no indication there was more to scroll, so multiple times I went in, selected 80, and then hit the back arrow and got annoyed it didn't take.

Manual recommends 90%, stick with that.

I saw that and set it to 90%. I expect to only go above that when necessary for longer road trips, which probably won’t be more than a couple times a year.

Then they should have passed that helpful information along to the writers of the app who made the default 100%. The FordPass app really isn't ready for heavy use like this, way too many bugs, slowdowns and inconsistencies.

Where do you see “Charge Times” in the FordPass app?
In the FordPass App, on the home screen, at the top, make sure you have the proper vehicle selected. Then, on the bottom, click the “vehicle” icon. Then, just below the battery indication there are three submenus, “Your Vehicle,” “Manage EV,” and “Service & Support.” Slect “Manage EV.” Then from the options that show up “Manage Charging” is the top selection. Once on the “Manage Charging” page, half way down is “Charge Settings.” Then part way down will be “Manual Charge Settings.” It seems counterintuitive but you have to click in to “Preferred Charge Times” to bring up “Saved Locations.” If you have saved your home location then you can click the address to bring up the specifics for your charging location. THIS is where you can set a limit within the app. But as someone above mentioned, make sure then scroll down and hit the “Save” button.
I will say, that the above process failed for me quite a few times (though I may have been missing the “save” step). What did work was saving the home location on the big screen from inside the car and then setting the charging preferences from there.

I wish there was a way to set the limit for certain days of the week, like you can for departure times.

There is a section for weekdays and weekends, but I can’t get it to set different limits for each. It’s treated as a global setting.

Unfortunately it seems we're stuck with aftermarket systems like Forscan. I'd really like Ford to supply a page where we can read these stats.
