lol, just my luck to get this email today! Also I’m affected by the 1-pedal bug from service in February!

I still am not confident in the recall fixing the HVBJB issue. I had the recall done early February with the -E part revision, the latest one, and my HVBJB literally failed last week after ONE DC charging session. Still, no word from the dealer if they can do the part replacement but my car is not driveable at this point :/

Actually, the service manager just called me to tell me they're going ahead, and replacing the BECM on my MME GTPE; they said that was the direct instruction from the Ford Hotline. they've already ordered the part.... wonder if they got the Email...

Interesting, as I just recieved an email today to schedule my HVBJB recall. Waiting for a call back to schedule with the dealer. We'll see what they say.
I went in for service today for service and schedule tomorrow to have the 23S56 recall problem fixed. They come out 10 minutes later and told me of the halt. Forget the Goodwill package, give me a new car! This inconvenience is over the top.

What if your vehicle is literally in the shop having these done, if any along with your HVBJB? lol
In my case, the service center just literally told me today that Ford told them to replace the BECM (following a gallery of car failures and 49+ days in the shop over the last three months...)

I had an appt for tomorrow to get the HVBJB recall done, as well as fix my blue cruise. I figured the appt would get canceled. I got a text this morning reminding me of my appt. I texted back asking if they could still do the recall, I had heard there was a stop work order. 45 minutes later I get a generic email saying the appt was canceled; no explanation. A bit later I get an email from Ford saying my recall part is ready for install.

I called and they know nothing. They hadn't heard there's a stop work, nor do they know why my appt was cancelled.

So, I guess I'll wait till I hear from this board that the recall can be done and then reschedule. I wonder if they'll hold onto my part.

My only issue is our local dealer opted out and nearest dealer is 300 miles away.
Your dealer said they were not going to service your car? Can they do that? So you have to drive the 300 miles to the other dealer how will ford handle that?

I called my Ford dealer to confirm, and of course they heard nothing. I had to read him the little blurb from here. He said he would get back to me and let me know. @fordmotorcompany please help with the communication. So glad I’m on this forum and know about what’s going on more than the dealerships.
Just got the call back from my dealer. That did not take long. The corporate email finally came down this morning to my dealership. My service writer was at least appreciative that I gave him a heads up. I guess we’ll see how long this takes to sort out now.
I'm sure the dealership got the notice Friday evening. Perhaps the service writer or manager was not working over the weekend. Mondays are very busy and they probably hadn't caught up yet on corporate communications.

Me too. Got the email from Ford today that my "replacement parts are in" and I scheduled my appointment with my dealer for next Tuesday. The dealer service rep and I confirmed the recall number and got me all set. And then he called back an hour later and cancelled the appointment.
Oh, Ford.......

What caused your car to go to the dealer in the first place? I also have a GTPE built 4/23 that refused to start last Thursday with "stop safely now" message. OBD showed the codes P0563 and P0AA1, one of which the "Car Scanner" app said was "HVB contactor stuck closed" or something. It's now at the dealer where they said they would diagnose in the next day or two and call me with an update.

I can still get it serviced at this time. Not sure I want to go past my Option contract in two years. Also not sure if non Model e dealers have to continue to keep an EV tech on staff. Right now they have two. If they leave then the local Ford dealer will not be able to service my car.

Effectively immediately, service and recall programs for the Mach-E that involve powertrain software updates have been halted. This seems to be related to intermittent 1-Pedal drive faults encountered on a small population of vehicles after powertrain software updates were recently performed by dealers. Here is the list of programs stopped:
If your vehicle is scheduled for service on any of these programs, that service will need to be postponed until further notice.

This post will be updated once the hold is released.
Damn, I wish this post had been one day earlier. I took my MME in for service on Friday morning to have 23B50 performed. Never had a 1PD fault prior to this service. Got the car back Friday afternoon, experienced my first 1PD fault that evening and my second one again this morning.

It's not the worst problem in the world, but it sucks because I have used 1PD since literally the 2nd day of owning the vehicle. I have gotten so used to it that it felt foreign when the fault kicked in and I had to brake like a normal person.

Well let's hope as time goes by and more mach e are on the road more dealers will service them. I know Ford will have to service it. I think by law the manufacturer has to have parts and support for 10 years.

Just got some of those updates on Friday. Also got the 1PD fault once over the weekend. Hopefully it doesn’t happen too often.
