Wow, interesting. I don't know what to say. These are normal JPEG's from your phone and standard file sizes? I don't think it is your photos anyway. Can you try logging into the forum on a different browser and see what happens?
I tried that and it didn't work either, tried starting a new thread and that didn't work. Guess it's what happens when you're technologically challenged.

That is the power electronics reservoir, which provides coolant for the motor inverters, motor windings, AC charger, and DC/DC converter. If that is low, you should fill it back up with 50% Motorcraft Yellow coolant ASAP (get a $20 bottle from your Ford dealer). Have you had any shop work done on the vehicle that involved removing high voltage modules or the battery?
No nothing has been done. The other reservoir has green coolant, just checking.

The "yellow" coolant can appear anywhere between green and yellow in different lighting and pH conditions, so that's normal. Just make sure you fill it up and check for leaks. It's possible you had an air bubble from the factory that wasn't properly purged.

Thank you, I ordered this module and bracket and if I get it installed it will need to be calibrated. Can that be done with forscan or do I need to have a dealer do it?

I'm feeling pretty lucky in this regard. I hit a deer on that same corner two years ago. It slightly bent that front corner just enough that you can see about an 1/8 inch extra gap under that headlight as opposed to the left side and tore a inch long tear in the front bumper cover. Repair would have been $3000 and I opted to just let it be as it isn't noticeable unless I point it out to someone. But I didn't know that sensor was back there or maybe I would have gotten it all fixed up. I haven't noticed any issues and my Blue Cruise was fine until it expired a couple months ago.

It might self-calibrate, you’ll find out. But will probably need to be configured with Forscan or FDRS.

I know you all have been sitting on the edge of your chairs waiting to find out what was wrong, ya right. Got the bumper cover off today thanks to the info from markboris and sure enough the mounting bracket and 2 mounting tabs on the module were broke. I'll try and add some pictures, but the only thing I can see is some paint missing for a couple inches on the inside edge of the bumper cover which you don't see when it is place. Couple months ago I hit a pheasant that just about went through the windshield, maybe he hit that corner first, no sign of anything on the outside, good paint!

I have Forscan so I hope that will work if need be, took about a half gallon to fill that reservoir. Used Motorcraft about twice the price, but that's fine, only the best for the old gal.

Thank you thank you Mark, finally got it put together. The module just came today after being in the mail for 5 days 140 miles away. Your threads on how to do this made it easy. Now just got to get to a BC road to find out if all this was worth it. Thanks again!

After getting the 1.3 blue cruise update, I tried the lane change feature and it worked a couple of times for a couple of days and then never worked since. Finally took into a dealer and they claim that we must have hit an animal or someone backed into us without our knowing and the front bumper gave enough and came back without any sign of damage, but yet enough to where the SODCMD module is damaged and the bracket bent. They want to replace both, I would love to get access to it to check this out, but I assume this is above my pay grade. Does anyone know if this could have happened with absolutely no sign of damage on the bumper? Thanks
Finally got to a BC road today, first time since I put in the new sodcmd module, and as expected the lane change feature didn't work. I asked the Ford dealer and they said it would need to be programed, not by Forscan only FDRS. Is that my only option, anybody know? Thanks

The module you put in needs to be configured. Not sure if they are accurate about FORScan not being able to do it or not, but if you want to try it, I can tell you what you need to do. It won't make things any worse. The worse that can happen is that it doesn't work.

There are two possible things going on here. The first scenario is the module you put in just needs to be configured. If that's the case, the process below should fix it.

The second scenario is the module you put in is on different firmware than the module you took out when you replaced it. If that is the case, the module needs to be programmed and then configured. This scenario is a bit more complicated. It can be done......it just depends on how deep down the rabbit hole you're willing to go. Let's just try and hope step one is all that is needed.

Plug in FORScan. When you open the session and it asks if you want to load the existing profile, select no so it does a fresh scan. Click the microchip button on the left, scroll down to SODCMB as-built format and click it to highlight as you see below, and click the "play" button on the bottom left (red circle).

That will take you here. It may look different as this is from my F150 I plugged into to show you what to do. When you're here, all you have to do is click the "write all" button below (green circle). Follow the prompts to cycle ignition or what not. Once done, hit the stop button next to the play button you hit earlier.

Then click the DTC button on the upper left side of FORScan. Follow the steps to clear all codes. Road test the car again and see if lane change works. If it does, congrats and you're done. If it doesn't, then we go deeper into the dark side, or you can pay the dealer to program it instead.

This looks like something I can handle, thanks for the clear instructions. If my plans work out I should get to a BC road on Thursday so I'll give it a try and hope for the best. Appreciate it!

My pleasure. Once you make the changes and drive it, let me know. I can check to see if the code came back or not after you cleared it. If it comes back, chances are the easy way didn't fix the issue.
