Sorry, FordPass isn't responding

Suddenly today, after more than two years of connectivity to FP, the app is giving me "Sorry FordPass isn't responding" when looking at current charging progress. The rest of the app seems to function fine, but pulling up the charging details is causing this error.

Before leaving for a longer trip today I wanted to charge to 100%. Because of this issue, the only thing I could do was go into the car itself, set my charging limit to 100% for my current location and move on. But this will become a bigger problem when I need to modify my charging and if I'm away from my home or other charging location.

I e deleted the app, all data, cache, Park and started over. No change.

Anyone else running into this?

It's been charging for 15 minutes at this point.

Try again now. Looks like the server might have been having some issues.
Still having this issue today. Not sure what I can do other than the removal/reinstalltion of FordPass and adding PaaK again. I've repeated this cycle about three times so far.

Not working for me for the past week. Good thing this is not one of the connected services Ford charges for.

Huh, why did they include the phrase "didn't involve customer data". That's the type of language you use in data breaches, not outages.
I am assuming their lawyers were being proactive. Breaches are a matter of "when", not "if" and are so common that organizations are being very careful as it relates to IT and the public.

I think Ford just wanted to make it clear there was no customer data breach.

It's still not working. I've completely removed my car, PaaK, uninstalled FordPass, reinstalled, added car, added PaaK, and still broken.

Update: still not working. Just today, I've performed a 12v reset, deleted PaaK, deleted FordPass from my phone, cleared all saved data in my phone, disabled and reenabled all connectivity settings in the car, reinstalled everything, set up PaaK, restarted my phone.

I still cannot access anything that requires connected services. Plug and charge yesterday was a failure as well. I'm at my wits end. My ticket has been open with Ford for months and they won't return my outreach.

Mine started on April 23rd and Ford deal ship says it’s connected to ford, but my app isn’t updating. Going to pick it up after work but thinking the car still won’t work when I pick it up. Did you get yours working??
