I was watching the Out of spec review of the 2024 model and noticed that they had a different view of the speed where it is centered. I know they changed this to put the speed on the right side with an update a while ago. Are they bringing it back to the center with the latest updates, or is this a model-specific thing?

My 22 GT is NOT like that in ANY mode. I will be messing with the lane centering settings to see if I can replicate what you have, but I'm not hopeful.

The 24s have the original no adas active layout. That configuration used up be obtainable on earlier cars when all ADAS was turned off. A relatively recent update ended that. I’ve heard there are plans to return the ability to use the classic Mach-e look, it I’ve yet to see anything though. Soon™?

If you have update 6.8 you won’t be able to get the centered speedometer configuration whether or not all dad’s features are turned off.

If you don't use Lane Assist, disable it in the IPC module with FORScan. Then you can change the speedo from being on the right side to the center like you used to be able to by toggling "Distance Indication" under the "Pre-Collision Assist" setting in Sync.

Thank you!

I don't use lane assist so I will be doing this because I'd like to have the speedometer back in the middle.

Are you talking about this one in the IPC?

Unrelated, I wish we could pick through different templates for the HUD. I’ve sent this comment to them through the suggestion app lol.

No, NOT the As-Built configuration but Text (Plain) version. Go to Lane Assist and select Disable then Write it.

However, if you want to use the As-Built configuration, in that first group, the third character is most likely an E in your config. Change that character to a C and then write it. That will turn off Lane Assist for you and you can have the speedo back in the middle.

Does that also mean no BlueCruise?
