Strange phenomenon!

I just had a notice on the Ford Pass app that my car was in a deep sleep mode and that I should turn on the car to get it out of this mode. When I went to my garage I saw an image of the Mustang pony on the garage floor next to the drivers side of the car. It was about two and a half or three feet in length . I took a picture with my phone. I have no idea where the image came from but it looked like a reflection from somewhere. Any thoughts?

That's the pony puddle light. It should come on when you walk up to the car and the mirrors are folded.

I feel a little foolish… I have been reading everything…well maybe everything on this forum for over six months and never noticed the info on puddle lights. Now I see a whole thread about them. Well it was a nice surprise and I got a great picture of the pony. Just more MME fun!

Joan's photo above is really an excellent capture of it. Very bright and crisp.

You might want to hang on to her photo. The real one only shows up for maybe 15-20 seconds. Then you have to walk a ways away and then walk back up for another short treat. It's like Pokemon Go. Too much exercise for many of the forum's members. ?

It's short lived, but nighttime projection in a parking lot is awesome to see.
