Taking delivery this week and was wondering if I need to be cautious about acceleration or anything in the first few hundred miles? Dont want to damage anything.

From the manual:

BREAKING-IN
You need to break in new tires for
approximately 300 mi (480 km). During
this time, your vehicle may exhibit some
unusual driving characteristics.

You will find that in every car manual.

Be sure to do some crossbody arm stretching for at least 5 minutes prior to your drive so that you can wave aggressively at every ICE mustang driver on the road.

I will caution you on one thing - be careful with acceleration when turning. If you hit it too hard going out of your development for example you can get close to losing some control - close :)

Other than do not do donuts in wet grass you should be fine to have some fun. They are built to be driven.
I got all those error Sunday on my car just pulling into the garage. Oddly enough ended up clearing when I had to drive 2 miles. I panic and got something schedule at the dealership but canceled it after it cleared and will worry if it comes back.

Later models added a dedicated traction control on/off button so now it's easier to loosen things up when you want to. :)

Nothing special but be careful with acceleration and braking until you get a hang of the feel. Its not about breaking in the car but more for driver to get a hang of how the drive feels. After a couple of drives you should be just fine.

The break in period was more for me than the car.

I had to strengthen my neck muscles or remember to put my head on the head rest BEFORE flooring it.

No lie, my neck was sore for a solid week after I got the GTPE.
