What' the story with Ford's proposed adapter so Mach-E's can be charged on Tesla chargers? Has Ford made these adapters available yet?

Proposed?

First day to order the free adapters was Feb 29th. Free adapter offer ended months ago, still 125,000 left to ship. Since you missed the opportunity, A2ZEV makes the Typhoon Pro adapter for Tesla SuperChargers. It sells for $185.00. They also sell the Stellar adapter, which is for Tesla Destination chargers (such as hotels, private homes). It sells for $109. If you buy both, you get a package discount - $266.75 vs. $294. They are currently shipping quickly. I have both adapters and have used both many times. They work great. Code "FORDFORUM" should auto populate. https://a2zevshop.com/products/nacs-ccs1?ref=Typhoon&variant=43186507579592

I told them months ago I sold my house and bought a new one with the updated address (out of state move 1,000+ miles away).
They even sent me an email confirmation of the order address change.
Well, the adapter shipped last week, finally, and it was destined for the old address.
I called Ford orders and explained the mistake and they said there was nothing they will do, the wrong person will receive the FedEx delivery and they refused to contact FedEx to have it re-routed to the correct address (they were engaged ss soon as I got the tracking number).

They also refused to make another adapter available.
This is my last Ford or Lincoln because of this lazy, lackluster CS. It's a shame because I might have bought a loaded Aviator or a Lightning when the work bonus hits in Feb. Looks like it will be a MX, Lyriq, Polestar 3, or something similar that wont be a Ford.

Thanks, I just got my Mach-E GT Saturday and I ordered a supercharger adapter from Amazon, but saw this post and see I need a destination adapter too, so I used your link and got that.

Appreciate the knowledge. I am now combing through the site to figure out what else I need.

Unless you ordered the Lectron (or A2Z which isn't on Amazon), I suggest cancelling your order. There are fly-by-night untested adapters for sale.

There may be confusion in the nomenclature, but I wouldn't buy a Destination charger adapter. It will only allow you to charge up to the levels of a 240V home charger, albeit on Tesla chargers. If that is what you have in mind then excuse the interruption.

I just want to have access to the most chargers. I read a review on the DC Supercharger adapter that he was mad because his route had a bunch of Destination chargers along it and he was unable to use that adapter. So I got both just in case. I may never have to use it, but I know I have peace of mind on most charging stations available to me.

Then you'll miss out on charging at many hotels overnight that have Tesla Destination chargers, often free. Nothing beats leaving a hotel with 100% SOC and a warm battery and cabin. When hotels have both Tesla and J1772 chargers, the Tesla's are almost always more power, which is helpful if you have a low SOC upon arrival and not enough hours to reach 100%, or a bigger battery like in the Lightning.
