Well given what modules they are I hope he doesn't notice any changes at all...that would be ideal! ?
Nothing noticed so far.

I do have an AWD, and my HVBJB hasnt gone pop yet, so still waiting for that one....

Same here. But I normally only 'charge gently' and refrain from WOT....the Lightning on the other hand....

I just thought to ask...did you start with the PCM and the rest of the ducklings followed along in a coordinated fashion?

Not that it matters, but that's the way the original recall sequenced...

So I just looked at my session log from a few minutes ago...

Strange that even though all those modules did get updated (by basically one alphabetical version in my case) the only things that the session log says got updated were the PCM and SOBDMC? What's that about?

In alpha order:
BECM went from NJ98-14C197-BD to -BE
PCM went from MJ98-14C204-BBK to -BBL
SOBDM (A) went from LJ98-14F476-AU to -AV
SOBDMB went from LJ98-14H297-DE to -DF
SOBDMC went from LJ98-14G069-BBH to -BBJ (there is no "I" to prevent confusion with the number "1")

I hope Ford sends out an OTA quickly. Otherwise I’ll have to buy another 3 day license.

You mean for the ones that came out yesterday? Has there even been any discussion about a 'recall refresh'? I guess an 'urgent' OTA could happen...I wonder why they thought those revisions needed tweaking in the first place. We'll likely never know that unless one of insiders clues us in.

Yes, it would save Ford a lot of money if they got the recalls OTA’s out quicker. Everyone wouldn’t be running to the dealer.

Yesterday I updated the BCM and OBCC. Those were the only two updates shown. Today I had the series of modules associated with the recall(PCM, SOBDMC, SOBDM, and BECM) again and an APIM update.

I applied all the PCM, SOBDMC, SOBDM, and BECM without issue.

I have never applied an APIM update and need to get a USB drive at lunch today.

Is it still just a matter of following the prompts in FDRS? Are then any gotchas I should know about?
