@scoopman good news, resetting the modules by disconnecting the 12V battery for five minutes and then reconnecting worked like a champ! Interesting to also see that the BC blue bubble graphic has changed...

It did not for me. Ford.com to login and go to vehicle dashboard is one place.

DIY will not clear the recalls for any software needed. That will require either the dealer submission for recall work or an OTA attempt for the software. ??

You can also put your VIN in here to check for any open field service actions (includes recalls).

In your Sync screens there should be an expiration date on the maps.

MY 21/22 have the ol'e raggedy, shifty, sloppy, BC that's attracted to 18 Wheeler tires in the next lane and freaks out at the sight of an offramp.

MY 23 have the version that will do lane changes with the turn signal stalk I think.
