Hoping one of you has seen this before and can possibly help. Went to update PCM and it failed around block 167. Retried and it seems to fail just after block erase now. Self test doesn’t detect key-on-ignition-off but car does turn on although with very many error messages. I haven’t tried any of the other pcm options (configure/install/relearn) but figured I’d ask here first! Just to add, car is connected to a 40a PSU

All good. Updated ok now. Thanks to @Wonky_Donkey for the support!
Note to self: Don’t try updates on a Sunday when Ford may play with their servers!

After flashing the updates i noticed that the charging speed above 80% at a highspeed charger is back to +40 kW. Anyone else notices this ? Previously it was stuck at 32 kW from 80 - 93%

If stuff was completed via FDRS Ford’s update servers don’t know it. That’s why even recall updates eventually get downloaded and an attempt to install happens. Once the attempt is made and the version and checksums match, the OTA package marks the package as having been done. ??

I don't think that's necessarily true anymore. Early on, after I updated a module with FDRS, the same OTA would try to install but fail. Now the OTAs don't even try if the module is already up to date. That leads me to believe that some of these updates are somehow different than the FDRS installed version since they're installing again OTA. Or there may just be flag that Ford sets on some updates to force install even if it's already installed.

I wonder the same thing. They don't go away in the display and Fordpass is stuck on some obscure outdated OTA from the past! Don't think the Ford servers talk to each other, at least the FDRS and OTA servers.

EDIT - Check the chart above to make sure you don't enable or disable something you don't intend to.

If you make the change the APIM will have to be reset twice.

I am trying to enable the soft switch and I keep getting an error message when it tries to write the change.

Seems to be an issue with Forscan. Might have to roll back to a previous version or wait until the next version is released.
