Are you parting ways with your MME?

After heavy thought, unfortunately I am. I honestly should’ve traded a while ago when trade-in values were better. The car depreciated in value quite a bit. I have family that I visit often ~350 miles in all directions. It’s bearable having to stop and charge but when chargers are down and you gotta wait an extra 60-90mins to charge, I started to question whether it was worth it. When travelling north I usually stop in Bakersfield at EA to charge and the chargers have been fine until recently. An entire station was shut down and the alternate station was out of my route, underpowered, and of course overcrowded since the other was down. On a recent trip to Arizona I left myself 50-60 miles of cushion to get to the next station. The range has been pretty accurate in my previous trips but I rolled up with 5 miles in the pack with the fam in the car. Was sweating bullets and basically traumatized the family. In the end, just decided that the EV life wasn’t for me. My brother is expecting twins so I can imagine we’d be driving up north a whole lot more often and charging, extending our drive by 60 mins each way, just isn’t something we want to deal with anymore. The car itself is a dream though. The quality feel, sporty drive, torque and power are all something I will definitely miss. But if the reliable charging infrastructure and MME charging hardware were all there, I likely wouldn’t be making this decision. The MME also charges the slowest out of the bunch which is a little annoying.
