I‘m pretty sure every car within the stated build dates will be affected.
As am I.

But no notice yet either. I haven't seen the text of the recall (lately), but it's also remotely possible the scope has changed a bit. With that said, my car is well within the build dates affected.

I will probably wait, just because I do not want to be the first MME in line at the dealership.

Let them do a dozen or so, to get the process down, and then I will take mine in....

Jim
I 100% agree, going to wait a while on this one.

Panoramic roof: For this recall, Ford is specifying that the technician will clean the flange area and apply additional sealant. So there is no glass removal, thus no risk of misalignment on that panel.
<snip>
Other than the factory-provided misalignment if there was one already there. ?‍♂

Make sure have something to cover your dashboard. Remove the windshield then install new one is dirty job. My friends have his dash scratched with lot of dirty stuff left when he has to replace the windshield at dealership last time.

I got mine today. Both roof and windshield. I’m in no rush.

Does anyone know if the sealant for the roof would be applied from the outside of the vehicle or does the inside headliner need to be removed? Anyone know or care to speculate? I would be concerned about damage to the interior if it’s the latter.
That's a good question. I'm going to guess/hope the outside only

FWIW: I didn't get a notice on the FordPass app but when I went to my account on ford.com the two notices were there. I tried a refresh and then logging out of the app and logging back in but the notices still didn't show.I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it and then the recall notices showed up. So I don't know if that was just a coincidence or a problem with the app.

My app showed both. With no loaner car it's going to be weather dependent for me. I can keep my Trans Am on the road until early December but after that I won't have another car. If I can get the Mach E in on a Thursday and get it back Saturday that's fine. Otherwise I will wait until March or April.
