One thing I have been wondering. There are EV spares available from 3rd party vendors. If you took that thing out that holds the fix a flat and air pump, is there enough clearance with the shelf in the higher position for an EV donut spare? What would be the clearance?
give me the specs. and I will find out, what are the specs of the tire you have in mind?. also, I will be checking luggage in the back for you guys.

I'd like to see how long it takes to "auto pilot" resume from a full stop behind a car, without having to hit the button or pedal to resume. usually it is pretty short, in the 5-30 second range.

also, if possible, what is the method they use for increasing auto pilot speed by 1 mph vs 5 mph increments. Sometimes that is done by holding button down vs a quick push.

and thanks!
We have a Fusion Energi with Ford Copilot 360. Over the Holidays we went to a drive through Christmas light show in Virginia through a park. While it is not a Mach E, I engaged that going through the lights, and it followed the car in front of it like a duckling following its mother. It was the most enjoyable drive through one of those I have ever had. Hardly any lag at all.

Again I will have a different mache tomorrow. Any video or pics you are wanting to see or test of any part of the mache?
Does your dealer have these new Mach Es just show up ? Just curious. Or is he giving you special consideration because you are Ford?

These are the specs for the spare that modern tire sells for the Tesla Y. Looks like it would need to be about 6" deep to fit under there. They don't sell one for the Mach E yet.

I've wondered that too, but in looking at the picture, I don't think there's any way even the smallest donut will fit in there.

U might be correct. But also I wonder what the area is really underneath if you could say cut it out and have it redone. If and if there is room. Try to find out tommorrow.
Can't hurt to look. My guess though is that square bump that raises up a little in the underfloor is where that flat battery back module sits (that we see here over the rear axle)...

I did think of something else around this. With that giant heavy battery pack, how safe will a scissors jack work with that and could you damage the car? Are there lift points, or do you really need a garage lift?

There are lift points. Somebody posted a document on here somewhere showing them.

Floor jack appears to be okay. Scissor jack would work if strong enough.
See attached for lift points.
