Does anyone know if the HVBJB Issue would be considered a Serious Safety Hazard aligned with the Texas Lemon Law?

I would assume a Texas lawyer who specializes in automotive manufacturer liability would?Does anyone know if the HVBJB Issue would be considered a Serious Safety Hazard aligned with the Texas Lemon Law?
Are you having an issue with the HVBJB? I do not recall any fires or explosions reported. Cars did shut down but Ford made software changes to prevent that for the most part and of course has an improved HVBJB since June 2022. That is why I suggest in your case the HVBJB may not apply and why an attorneyâs specific knowledge will be needed. I do not recall posting for option 3 for lemon law. Mostly it was due to long lead times for repairs and many times they got buy-backs from Ford. Just my recollection from forum postings over the past 3 years.Texas lemon lemon law includes 3 tests, the 30 days test, the 4 days test, the Serious Safety Hazard (2 repairs for a defect that substantially impairs control or poses a risk of fire/explosion ) - you have to pass 1 of these 3 tests.
Right now I donât pass the first 2 as my car has only technically been in the shop 27 days, & only been repaired 2 times. Although my car has had multiple issues but those wonât count toward lemon. So thatâs why Iâm curious about the 3rd test & if a HVBJB would fall under it.
These cars are fairly new so there no examples of someone filing lemons on that 3rd test for this car, Iâm well aware I can go check with an attorney in Texas & currently in process of doing so - Iâve done a lot of research on it, but just trying to see if anyone else has had similar experience or tried for this 3rd test with the HVBJB issues.
