Not sure what is going on with the tracker today. Not sure what nan days are probably should mean non days ?. No changes anywhere else modules still dated 8th December and compound in Antwerp 6th April ?

NaN is web/code speak for "Not a Number". It gets displayed when the data that is supplied is not in the expected format - ie it was expecting a numerical or date value and it's been fed something else.

Mine is 1 day different to yours but is still In Transit"

Early 2021 was jan/feb/Mar. They've missed that deadline. Spring is Apr/may/June and the way things are going they might miss that one too. Perhaps they should have just said 2021. ???

That's what mine has been like 'in transit' since February I might have guessed NaN was not going to be any change seeing as everything else said its just been gathering more dust in Antwerp ?. Thanks for clarifying the meaning though @Wonky_Donkey ?

I keep checking stuff for both you and @portlandg

I do find it weird that while the three of us were all in the same build batch there are differences in the data. Both you and he are both still showing ETIS PTI Last scanned dates of 08-12-2020, while mine is showing 14-04-2021. The only similarity between you guys is that you both have black cars and mine is a red one. Maybe they're doing them in colour order. ?

The only update I can give you is, I checked with my dealer on Wednesday and the ETA I was given on the previous Wednesday has not changed.

Hey @Mjsd (and everyone else)

You guys know I've been in from the very beginning having placed my pre-order way back in December 2019, and I've managed to stay loyal and true to the cause the whole time.

I'm new to Ford. I've consistently bought and owned Japanese cars (Mazdas & Toyotas) for the last 30 years, it took a lot to steal me away from that reliability and service I'd come to know and love (not to mention the great dealership relationship). What finally caused me to defect was Toyota's absolute refusal to produce a full EV (yes I know that stance has changed this week - but that's a separate point for another day)

I was swayed by the prospect of the first shiny new EV from Ford that ticked all my boxes, and as a result I invested huge amounts of time and resources into this vehicle. I became a Mach-E evangelist for anybody who needed help or advice, and in some respects it's been the one thing to keep me going throughout this whole COVID crap-fest over the last year.

Not once have I wobbled or threatened to walk away - even in the darkest days of order conversion delays, production delays, shipping delays, & even changes to the Government EV grants .... that is until now.

While out for a walk today sitting on a quiet bench in the countryside I had the opportunity to sit and reflect on the events of the last 17 months, and for the first time I had doubts about if this was actually the right car for me. I've never considered spending soo much money on a car before, hell this car is costing nearly as much as I payed for my first mortgage! (and that was only 20 yrs ago!)... and what am I getting for it? Well I'm being treated like dirt and kept in the dark! Ford UK's utter contempt for customers is frankly astonishing.

This evening seeing more posts about delivery estimates slipping even further, more Technical Service Bulletins coming to light, and absolutely no reassurances from Ford, I like many of you, find myself teetering on the brink of saying "f£%k it" and asking for a deposit refund.

I've committed so much (personalised Mach-E plates bought, terminated the lease on my existing car - and handed it back as I should have already got my MME) and yet the thought of not going ahead does not bother me one bit. That speaks volumes to me.

Sorry for the long post - so may of us have written similar outpourings of dissatisfaction and considered throwing in the towel - didn't envisage it would be my turn tonight!

I want to tell you anything positive to stay on track but I can’t think about anything right now.
I personally will wait few more weeks and if don’t hear someone from this forum with delivery I will be out.
If is not MME will be some “environmental friendly” Mustang V8 ?

Yours is still 22/5. Wow lucky you. Mine was 22/5 about 4 changes ago. Hope yours stays at that date for a while

So.....

As a family with 3 Alfa's (4C Spider, Stelvio & Mito), I can say with certainty that if Alfa start taking orders on the Tonale before I get my MME I will definitely be cancelling it.

The Tonale is beautiful and as a PHEV will get me to work and back every day in full EV mode.

As an orderer of the MME FE back in November 19 I am disgusted by the lack of communication and respect that Ford have for their customers.

I am having to put so many more miles on my 4C currently, which is an appreciating asset so I'm fuming now.
